Our Story
Anastacia Kaloudis founded Inclusive Support Services NW with a deeply personal commitment to advocacy, inspired by both her professional experiences and her journey as a mother to an adult daughter with autism.
Anastacia's path to this work is shaped by years dedicated to public service, first as a probation officer for Washington State, supervising complex and often dangerous populations, and later as a child welfare worker supporting families in crisis. These roles fueled her passion for community protection and family restoration, and she always approached them with the intent to help families reunite stronger and more resilient. Yet, the constant exposure to challenging and, at times, negative situations led her to seek a new path—one that allowed her to focus on care and connection.
This search for a positive impact ultimately led Anastacia to the field of disability services, a decision she considers the best professional move of her life. Inspired by the love, innocence, and resilience of her clients, Anastacia is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that celebrates each person’s unique strengths.
Through Inclusive Support Services NW, she strives to embody the values of compassion, generosity, and community support instilled in her by her grandfather, Alexandros Papadopoulos, a Greek Orthodox priest and revered humanitarian. His legacy as a community pillar, who gave tirelessly to the poor and mediated conflicts with kindness and grace, remains a guiding light in Anastacia’s work today.
